**About the role:**&#x20;

We are seeking a diligent and versatile researcher to support our custom work team in building out comprehensive and customized reports for our clients. As an Upwork Researcher, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data on a wide array of topics within the mobile gaming industry, from game summaries to market analyses.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough research on various topics related to mobile gaming, including game mechanics, market trends, player demographics, and emerging technologies.
* Work with a project manager to understand client needs and deliver on tasks that contribute to broader project objectives.
* Summarize research findings into well-written documents that clearly communicate key takeaways and recommendations.

**Hiring Process:**&#x20;

Our hiring approach is rooted in ability-based testing, ensuring a fair and skill-focused selection process. On Upwork, this means that we will first complete a 5-10 hour test project at $20/hour to assess fit and performance. Successful candidates will then work on actual projects when they become available.

**General Information:**&#x20;

* Fully remote and asynchronous work
* Rate: $25 per hour
* Expected hours: 10-20 hours per week during active projects
  * Projects typically last 1-3 months, but there may be gaps between them
